How we got here
Living in Amsterdam, we often found ourselves in local spots like restaurants, coffee bars, salons, sports clubs and started noticed a pattern. These businesses rely on big platforms for bookings and orders. That’s essential. But one thing was missing: a proper loyalty layer that felt personal, on-brand and owned by the business.
That’s why we started Authic. We build fully customized, branded loyalty programs that plug into the tools you already use. You keep control of the data, the communication and the customer journey, while your existing booking systems keep doing what they do best.
